The callback on change was sent whether or not the mqtt server could connect, which lead to the issue

Automatically set SSL_CERT_FILE to use certifi's certificate bundle to solve SSL verification failures. This addresses the [SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] error that occurs when the Python installation doesn't have access to trusted CA certificates.

- Add certifi dependency to requirements.txt
- Implement automatic SSL certificate configuration in client
- Enhance error handling to provide better guidance for SSL errors
